Schedules, trips and events may change due to weather, safety considerations, instructor availability or other unforeseen circumstances. Sound Diving reserves the right to modify them.

Certain courses, trips and events may require deposits or full payment in advance. Refund and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking.

Scuba, freediving and spearfishing training follows the relevant agency, such as SSI. You must meet the performance requirements in knowledge, skills and safety. Certification is not guaranteed.

Diving is physically demanding. You may need to complete a medical questionnaire and in some cases get a physician's clearance. Participants are responsible for being medically fit to take part.

Use equipment properly and return it in the same condition. You may be responsible for repair or replacement if it is damaged by misuse or negligence.

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Rented goods are surcharged if kept past the agreed period.
